That has been seen for sure. I'm not so sure where he is in terms of being a total **** as has been written about him. I think all the "happy" face he might portray who really knows behind the scenes. He's story may in time become one of redemption and whatever and he may even in 2 or even 3 majors if the opportunities arise who knows but... well thats best case for him. "redemption" the sheen of the GOAT and the poster boy has been firmly knocked off him.

As for mcilroy... He is frankly a twat. I've never forgiven him for dumping his LFC supporting tennis girlfriend <laugh>

Seriously though the moment mcilroy signed for nike he ended his career. He has never been the same.

    a) putting is 50% of any round of golf. He just doesn't do it well enough. Spieth shows average drivers and good putters win tournaments.
    b) hitting fairways... he's got the yank disease. He can hit it long but he misses far too many fairways for the top level of the game where real rough exists. If you hit it 100 yards further but then cannot control your approach shot... well you won't get close.

also he was the guy who said the ryder cup didn't matter so he runs his mouth and lets his true thoughts be known then changes his tune based on what he thinks people want to hear. #fake

All true... he made the same mistake as Tiger... instead of maintaining a strong (better than all around them) they both kept trying to push the envelope... why? I'd understand if it was in response to a challenge but both were streets ahead at the time they ****ed their swing or bodies up. Interesting that both have recently talked about trying to get their teenage swing back. I agree... The money and Nike clubs in addition to above ruined Mcilroy... my theory is a happy Rory is a **** one... went **** when going with Caroline....dumped her won a few then got happy and engaged and....**** again.

Speith proves your point... his putting has abandoned him this year and now.. he's bang average.

I'd genuinely like the idea that the events in his life have humbled Tiger. It would be nice if he could win and enjoy the ride at the same time in the last phase of his career. He'll only have another 5 years at most.

Lol... second was just confusion that I hit reply... your message was there when I typed and later edited but didn't appear like it usually does in my post.

The first... I thought you were being clever with changing my statement to "tarmac truck"... as a joke referring to Fury being a pikey....sorry monarch of the travelling community to be PC.

Woods was supposedly having some serious las vegas bunga bunga and was always a total cock as taught by his parents. There is that book that shows he is father was put in an unmarked grave by mother and since she's died tiger still has him in same place. Nobody knows why but there are several layers of rudeness and ignorance gone into in ssaid book of generally treating peopel like dirt on his shoe.

Woods was on nike anyway but MCilroy... he was titleist wasn't he? the minute hs switched his game went to pot.

IMO golf is a hard sport, a precise sport and not a kill the ball sport. I don't really like playing it cos i'm too impatient when guys are faffing about in front of me and theres no rhythm to the game.

I don't quite understand golfers chasing extra distance and changing swings when in fact they need to be more precise. Ball on fair way, ball to green.. putting.

the "swing" seems to be chasing yardage for me. The approach shot and irons play is very important but its all about line and distance and spin, not killing the ball. then putting is a mysterious element of the game which is in no way about force but about pure precision.

when tiger was at his "best" he would never ever more than two putt. he was a monster on the greens and was long enough that he was playing pitch and putt. the problem with being off the fairway is pitch and putt goes out the window.

I love playing it... despite being ****e at it. Enjoy watching it more since I started playing...as you say you realise just how hard a game it is to just get by on never mind master!

One thing every pro golfer is grateful to Tiger for though lol.... paypackets...

It's why I liked Big Phil (until his recent green shennanigans)... played the game with artistry.... probably because he rarely found a fairway mind lol..

This is always europes "stronger" session so its not ideal to be using it for catch up.

    But we will see.

The singles by the end will decide things as per.

Stronger? This isn't even the Europeans playing brilliantly...it's an utter collapse by the yanks...can't even make 4ft putts!

    historically i mean.

The usa hate foursomes as they really don't like being a true pair.

The four ball they don't mind as its each yank playing his own game with only say... ok i've ****ed it mate play safe for the par there or I've got it within 20 go really agressive at pin etc.

    Just my opinion.

It'll end up as a lead for Europe but then it can all turn about again.
