did anyone watc the GGG fight saturday?

If so was this another example of a clearly bribed judge? 118/110 score from the "veteran" judge and the other had it GG win and the other a draw... clearly something really off there.

If i were GGG i'd take the pay day already gotten and then move the rematch to home venue and make damned sure this doesn't happen again.

GGG is on the cusp. he's not what he was (just about) so he can't afford alvarez camp to buy the titles.

Yes... close enough fight with CGG the more likely winner...

incompetent more likely, no one bent would nake it that bloody obvious lol. The Nevada Board is playing it safe and stepping her down for the foreseeable future...only about 4 fights too late since she has form for this.

I always wonder about boxing. Why there are not more judges and then discount the outliers. say 5 judges and drop the ones most favouring others.

I also hate when boxers like alverez or anyone else who doesn't win starts banging on about winning rounds.. thats not the scoring system and hasn't been. I don't get that. Its like klopp hammering on about being pleased by angry and then rogers on about winning the possession stats.

Beach volleyball, the wife asks me what I see in it. My reply "it is a very skillful game, which takes years to master. Now just let me concentrate."

    Lol

They looked well out their depth against us. See how they get on against the others in the league I suppose.

    We've now got a +20 GD after 2 games.

14 goals is almost a goal every attack.... well... you play 60 mins right?

I mean between picking it out of the net and **** you must have basically been scoring one every 3/4 mins so with time wasting by them etc you can't have missed many.... did thry gorget their keeper

    70mins, a goal every 5mins
8 in the 1st, 6 in the 2nd (they went defensive in the 2nd)

Think the longest period without a goal was about 5-10min in the 2nd between goal 12 and 13. Goals were fairly spread, we had a 4, two 3s, a 2 and two 1s.

A couple of attacks that didn't result in goals so we could have had more, but yeah most ended in goals. Goalkeeper was decent at saving the first shot but poor at cleaning up the rebounds or goals that were passed around him, wasn't helped by his defence barely getting near our forwards.

They had 12 players for the whole match <whistle> just saying

I've been on the end of some of those as well, its nice to be the team to dole them out for once especially today's opposition who are notorious for cheating by dropping players down when they get into trouble.

Ahhh... we had a starring system for first team players that put a stop to that. Seconds couldn't play more than one starred player 3rds none at all etc. of course you could risk playing under another name but that got you banned if caught lol..

Always good to stuff a team you don't like lol.

Our 1st team have the starring system as they are in the Northern leagues, they have to have 11 stared players for each week (one of which has to be a gk). They had a good win today as well, 5-2 away in Preston (played there for them last year).
New rules for this season for the regional leagues that a player can only drop down to the next team down.

We also had a big day in the club, our Mens 3 played our men 4s. First time we've had two teams in the same league for way over 25 years. 3s came out on top but only 2-0 (not a great win for them)

Yesterdays result, 4-0 win away in Lincoln.

Tougher game, like playing a Pulis team. Rough first 20mins when they threw it all at us trying to get a lead (seems to be their tactic, in order to defend a lead). Broke them with the first goal and they eased off as they tired. 2nd half much better but still a team that made it difficult for us to play.
