Not sure why they'd play it there.
Surely the clubs / WRU will need to pay for use of the ground, when they have the Millennium stadium.

Given we're trying to play football rather than long ball, we can do without damage to the pitch.

Maybe that's what has gone wrong at the Swans, and brizzle.

It's because the Principality Stadium has pre-arranged events booked there for that later date.

I remember Cov suffering with their place being used for a 7's tournament last season - turned the pitch into a bloody quagmire!

Anyway. we need the CCS in pristine condition for next season in the Prem............<whistle>

    Rubbish planning by the WRU.

    No change there then.

While accepting the version of another event taking place at the Principality Stadium could it also have something to do with them being more likely to fill a 33,000 capacity stadium, rather than a 70,000+ one, thus creating a better atmosphere.

Hope we make sure they pay for all pitch repairs needed. In fact they can pay for a new one being developed elsewhere, laid after the egg chasing is done and all work needed to bring it up to prime football standard!!!

As opposed to what is needed for a herd of cattle to summer on.

So Everton would be mid table now without their points deduction. Still hard to see any other than the 3 bottom teams dropping back

All eyes will be on her. Full media exposure.

I missed the Norwich game so didn't see her match for us. I know you weren't very happy Ninian.

I hope she is successful and more female refs follow. Let's be honest they can't be any worse than a lot of the muppets we get.

Will they get more respect? I guess they will to begin with but then informality could well breed disrespect.

It will be interesting to see how players react when she has to take difficult situations.

I see the first black referee since Uriah Rennie, Sam Allison, will be in charge for a Prem game shortly. He did our 3.2 win over Cov earlier this season. I cant recall anything about him which must be positive. Over the last 2 seasons he has done only 8 Championship games plus a number of league 1 and 2 games so a rapid rise for him.

    Good luck to him. <ok>

Bournemouth v Luton game abandoned after Tom Lockyer collapsed on 65th minute.
Stretchered off, taken to hospital, does not look good.
    Can only hope he recovers.

They are reporting he had a cardiac arrest.
Hopefully he recovers, but don't see him playing again.

Heard 10 mins of the arsenal game earlier while driving.
Clinton Morrison suggested that they needed a 9 to stick the ball in the net.
He said they had all the possession but needed someone just to stand in the 6 yard box to finish moves off.
Maybe they'd like to take Ugbo.:1980_boogie_down:
