Massive for me Comm, I couldn't fleece anyone, but if I take a lot of money off someone and give them something special, then that's a winner on both levels.
I'm a PE teacher, based in Notts at the moment. I love my job (particularly in August!) but not sure I'll be teaching PE at 68!!! I have done a bit of voluntary writing about football and a few other bits. I'd love to be a sports writer one day
I'm a team leader in manufacturing and we make hearing aid batteries...millions of them! Worked there nearly 29 years. Love the banter but if i had my time again i'd probs do something different...
Do you want me to change it, just for you? I'm sure i could find an alternative. I've had loads, several which in times gone by, were requested that i remove.[/QUOTE] Find something nice this time ..... just for me
Our lass and me spend most of our time walking the fells and i just do whatever work i need to for a happy life, lifes real hard lol.
Regional Officer for a trade union supporting mainly professional staff and managers. As the only paid employee in the north east and Cumbria I can be very busy defending people's employment rights and keeping them in employment. I don't get involved with the political side of things that's for the members, my role is case work and hearings. Love the job and the satisfaction of winning a case. Best of all is working from home, with my line manager 180 miles away! Long and irregular hours as you might tell from my pattern of posts! Lots of pressure as if I don't do my job well someone can lose their job and with it their house and everything that goes with it. I have worked in several areas before from consultant engineer, teaching, selling insurance and senior officer in local government, but this is the best of the lot.
Zoo keeper. Love it. Giraffes and rhinos everyday? nothing beats it in my eyes, other than playing for the lads of course
I have my own business, or should I say self-employed in the hospitality industry for the last 10 years. Totally different from my time in the UK. I was in construction, managing a restaurant, teaching in college etc. Would love to get back to the UK in due course and continue the hospitality thing.
Well i can assure you that everyone on this board probably earns more money, but i love my job so im happy. Also colchester seems a bit of a charm for the Derbies, we've won the last three since ive started this job, and been working during all of them, long may it continue!
