OT Who actually does any work?

I should what another debating thread, Strolls?

Nothing wrong with a bit of pedantry.

 

Up until now I thought a pedant was a French chiropodist, Strolls.

 

We should join together and form a pedant's revolt.

I am a senior designer with a big agency and I work with some very big brands I work on site with a big client in Sussex so I commute downwards

 

Ha ha I just got into uni. I kissing work good bye for the next four to five years.

 

I work solely by myself, so a very small company, and provide financial services to some small companies/individuals, and I work at home (a small house), so I dont commute.

 

I work outdoors, but use the app on my phone to check updates every couple of hours.

Sometimes makes it a bit difficult to post, but I find it better for reading than my pc as the pages all scroll, and you dont have to click at the bottom to move onto the next set of posts.

 

I work in a government office and while some of my colleagues seem to take mandatory morning coffee and afternoon tea breaks in the cafeteria, plus smokers having a spit and a drag outside in the freezing cold for 10 mins every hour of the working day, I prefer to stay in my office and enjoy my mid morning break sipping on my prepared coffee and browsing on here, catching up on the latest news & gossip - each to their own I guess.

 

I must be the only mug on here with a real job

when I get home I have the computer on
check emails
look at auction sites
ignore the wife when she mentions I spend too much time on not606
and blah blah blah the rest of what shes moaning about
