You must have. I think talk of suing fifa is just that, talk.

Liverpool and uruguay need to be careful. Liverpool have been sensible. Kept quiet and are seeking advice.

Uruguay are embarrassing themselves. It will not do them any favours. The denials are shocking. Fifa will likely stand their ground against uruguay and possibly impose further bans.

How can Uruguay be a target, do you think they told him to bite an opponant, do you think Liverpool told him to bite Ivanovich?

  4. I believe Liverpool have helped Suarez since the last bite on Ivanovic but provider a shrink for Luis. I don't think he's had that support with Uruguay and I'm also sure that if this is correct, Liverpool would have recommended such support to the Uruguayan FA. This could provide grounds for an argument, very unlikely and far fetched too but it could.

Suarez is the one to sue. That however opens up a massive can of worms. Sue him and hes no longer able to remain an employee. No fee. If you win you get damages which is at least something.

I doubt you will sue anyone. I suspect a mutual agreement will be reached by liverpool and suarez for him to go for a good fee. To us it will look amicable, in reality it will be anything but.

Liverpool have been bent over and ****ed. Not by fifa, the fa, the press but by suarez. Everything liverpool have put into him. No way are liverpool happy with him.

  7. I agree suing won't be an option for that exact reason. The law case would have to include loss of earnings through losing him as a player, loss of potential transfer fee and damages to the clubs name. It would be £100m+ case! It simply won't happen.

We will either sell him should we get an offer we see as acceptable or he stays and plays a blinder on his return like last season. The reality is, not a lot changes if he stays. He gets booed anyway, he's hated by most anyway and Liverpool fans know he's a **** anyway but love him as a footballer.

Get real Diego!! Suaraz chose to bite opponents, so Uraguay and Liverpool cop for punishment. They have banned Suarez, so the "owners" cop the punishment

Uruguay lose out because he CHEATED

Liverpool lose out because he CHEATED, and the ban is stopping Suarez from playing. Maybe its not fair, but thats the punishment, live with it. What is wrong is that Liverpool have to pay his wages during the suspension. But thats the risk you take signing the flesh muncher. They knew that when the bought him, but you have to be total fruitcake to carry on biting when you know your going to get caught.

What was the i idiot thinking? Every camera angle covered in the world cup, he must be as thick as a plank to think he could bite another player and not get caught. I honestly think the guy will do it again, no matter who is playing for, thats the risk you take when signing him

I think Liverpool would be within their rights to suspend his wage and fine him for loss of use. It all depends on how much they want to keep him now.

  12. He's not only done it before, he's done whilst wearing a Liverpool shirt and has since signed a new contract. why wouldn't Liverpool have insisted on having something in that deal covering themselves against Luis' stupidity?

I sincerely hope it is in his contract that Liverpool dont pay his wages for another biting offence. It will hardly affect him financially, but getting another couple of million in the bank for doing nowt is obscene.

Personally don't think it will be in there, at the time they offered him a new contract they were desperate to keep him so I imagine they would have left it out to avoid offending the moron.

His values been affected by the fact that he's now 1 incident away from a 6 or maybe even a 12 month ban. Given his previous and his apparent total lack of contrition over this latest debacle, the likelihood of a repeat at some point is high

Added to that is the seeming willingness by Liverpool to now look to move him on. I think he'll go to Barca for somewhere between £50-60m
