Yeah, thought you probably meant to say 'dispense with', and that's how I read it. <ok>

Dispersing a substance sufficiently enough can makes it opaque, in other words you can see through it. Hence seeing through the lies.

Even take an angry mob, if you disperse them it reduces the effects. Get me?

Smoke can prevent you seeing anything, but if you disperse it you can see. I am very disappointed with you young man, go sit in the corner facing the wall<laugh>

You are confusing the effects of dispersal with the dictionary definition.
See my first quote again<laugh>

Actually, opaque means the opposite. It means non-transparent. You can't see through something that is opaque. <ok>

Again with dictionary definitions<doh> <laugh>

Opaque does mean what you say but.. in the context of making a solid opaque means you increase it's transparency. Go back to the corner<laugh>

Opacity I mean, not opaque, <doh> You are entirely correct there, and decrease not increase, I have no idea why I said increase<doh>
Should have said originally decrease opacity.
Or to be more exact, you are right<ok>

Hunter Biden, son of US VP Joe Biden, is joining the board of directors of Burisma Holdings, Ukraine’s largest private gas producer.

anyone surprised by this?<doh>

I mean, who would let a silly old civil war get in the way of gutting Ukraine from the inside out, problem is, all the money in Ukraine is generated in the East. Those pesky Russians are the only ones making money in Ukraine, from mining ect while the western part receive the income from the east and sit on their holes with their smartphones and ipads doing **** all but blaming everyone else. The IMF want their pound of flesh and they can't have it if the east is not oppressed and snuffed out.

Interesting facts, maybe not, but still
Americans pay
$6,820,000 per hour to fund the department of homeland security.
61,000,000 per hour to fund the department of defense.
11,000,000 per hour during the wars that were fought in Iraq and Afghanistan.

<yikes> <yikes>

While the stats show Americans are far FAR more likely to be killed by police, falling furniture, bee stings and lightening strikes.

Here's another stat. 99% of foiled terrorism plots have been aided and abetted by the FBI<yikes> Even the remaining 1% is questionable.
The only terrorism plots known to not actually have been created by the FBI setting people up were foiled by civilians. Only 3 plots.
15,000 informants working for the FBI scouring Mosques for mentally unstable poor Muslims and offering them cash and the means to carry out the plot.

4 men suing the US government because the FBI put them on no-fly lists and threatened their lives because they would not become informants.

In this video there is audio of the guy, he recorded a call from the FBI's Agent Peter Smith. Listen to it, **** me,"if you cross the road you might get hit with a car". The FBI had him and his wife detained in Sudan, his wife for 8 days and him for 31 days, both released without charge. Now this agent is caught on tape telling him he might be killed crossing the street "because if his decision at this fork in the road, take the wrong turn and you might end up dead"
Another call recorded threatened his mother, she was fired from the embassy after the call. Hasn't seen his kids in 3 years because he avoids US friendly countries for his own safety..

EU commission find no evidence of police being snipers as Kiev claim.
Same commission head says first shots were fired at Police, this is echoing the call leaked with Catherine Ashton in it with the Latvian PM.

maidan did the killing, that's not even in doubt in even the most deluded of minds.

The younger Mr Biden isn't the only American with political ties to have recently joined Burisma's board. Devon Archer, a former senior advisor to current Secretary of State John Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign and a college roommate of Mr Kerry's stepson HJ Heinz, signed on in April.

2 friends of John Kerry are also installed into Ukraine's largest gas company along with the VP's son.

They were quoted as saying "it's like the Exxon days".

Personal fortunes to be made from Ukraine on top of selling them NATO weapons and and IMF loan interest from 49 million people.
Happy days eh, and pissing Russia off is just a bonus

And you have encapsulated my frustration perfectly in that post. Thank you.<ok> This is exactly why I post this stuff.

Kiev using UN gear to attack the East was also pretty big news.

But then again if you look on BBC for Snowden leaks, there is very little too.

it's why I use RT news, whatever you think about it whitewashing Russia or Putin, you are guaranteed it will report on the EU and US like no other major media source. :D

Btw, globalisation in action in Turkey, eh? Limited rights and safety, cheap coal for the West to buy so that we can close down our mines with their pesky running costs due to the temerity of workers wanting higher safety standards.

Just how many people around the world have to die, by one means or another, to supply the demand of the West for cheap energy?

See this? The guy being held down is a family member of one of the miner victims. The guy kicking the ****e out of him is the Turkish PM's adviser.

Doesn't he look like Ed Miliband.

Turkey is sending in those rebel fighters to Syria and bends over for NATO. So it is ok for them to be far more brutal than the Ukrainian authorities ever were during the Kiev protests. Killing people is ok it seems. Banning Twitter and gmail, Youtube facebook ect ect. Complete totalitarian shambles is Turkey. But once a regime has US backing it will take many lives to remove it, just like Iran when they eventually got rid of that lunatic the US installed ion their country, lets not forget they then armed Saddam to get Iran back for them, didn't work out though yet the murricans never uttered a word then that he was using AMERICAN chemical weapons.

how could you ever expect legitimate elections in such a climate.
