I wouldn't mind so much but, then you hear of the director quitting after a fortnight and getting paid 2 years wages for ****ing it up why? Then you hear of the so called stars being paid fortunes again why? From what I see on the Beeb they are all ****e. Cut the stars wages cut the top men's wages then drop the licence fee or go the way ITV have and use advertising to create revenue.
