Well, there's certainly been a few contenders over the last couple of years, but I reckon this thread now trumps them all as being officially the most dismal, navel-gazing and depressing read ever to be posted onto the Not606 QPR board. Lovely. As Roller says though, it’s bleakness is strangely compelling. And there was me thinking that this season had been depressing enough.
At the time it was somewhat a game of Cludeo Staines but the poster that gave me this information is still on the forum. I have received good PM's and bad PM's during my time on here. The PM's i refer to where sent during the time i was banned. Prior to that I was sent PM's slagging off current posters at the time. I am absolutely sure that PM's take place between QPR posters on this board. I openly can tell you that I talk to Swords if I needed to clear that up ... but that is an assumption I am sure some guessed anyway as is my opinion about my claims and comments. I know it to be true. I have no idea who PM ed the mods in association with my own ban however I can state that The mod's directly told me that they had received a number of PM's demanding action against me. I respected their action on the matter as I still do today as said i let it slide. I can only comment on my current set of PM's as i have no idea on how to retrieve my old in limbo accounts. I have explained how I have killed off these in the past in order to give up on N606.... should i publish it again on how to commit N606 suicide? ... I am on here now because I am able to set up limitless email accounts to my many domain/clouds and webspaces ... in effect you re edit your email address on your account to anything and then copy and paste in a very long random password of say 25 characters that you thrash out on your keyboard into any program before deleting or not saving teh file ... log out and you have no way to enter that generated password nor can you retrieve it as your password lost/reminder will shoot off in hyperspace ... the account is in limbo like a dead duck within the database forever and you can't use the same user name ever again. No I cannot access this site's databases.
Just to clarify that NUTS and DT are not arguing for or against each other. They are speaking from different experiences. One as mod, the other as poster. NUTS is saying (what I have confirmed on many occasions) that as mods, we know of no such clique of complaints. DT may well have received PMs suggesting otherwise but this has NEVER been apparent to mods. Furthermore, if such a clique had existed, or anyone else had tried to influence our decisions, we'd have simply stood down (as we offered to do last September) and let them take over mods and do all the work themselves. After all, why would we want to be other people's puppets ffs? However, it wouldn't matter whether a valid complaint is received from just one ONE PERSON, we investigate the threads and posts in question to confirm or refute a breach of the rules. Where there is a clear breach, we then consider what action is appropriate, based on the seriousness of the breach and the offender's conduct record. In other words, standard practice. That's it. Nothing more.
100% correct as i see it and was just being open and honest ... as said I am certain that just this thread will go a long way towards a better board in the future ... You were banned for insulting NUTS as mod. The only complaint I remember came from me. It came on the back of you making wild allegations about our 'unjust' decision-making practices. Take this as a point of information - not an agenda. That was last year. This year you've been a pleasure to read and work with imo (and that of the other mods). Don't want to drag up past rubbish tbh.
Rubbish, I openly on the forum called for Swords to be banned when he came up with the ***** accusations regarding Cerny's family. Nothing behind the scenes. Secondly I can't receive PM's by choice (apart from Mods that is as per system) so accusations of behind the scenes cliques involving myself are total bullshit. People need to grow up and stop ****stirring to improve this situation. However tbh things are probably too ****ed up now for a solution. Well done the idiots, not. Lastly the whole rep thing has given the more childish trolls free rein to cause problems. Big mistake.
