Telford, you've only been on this forum long enough to have a pop at swords, so i wouldn't expect you to be aware of the threads started in the past targeted at individual users. I'm not making a controversial statement, so it's strange that you've clinically sliced up my post to try to find fault with it. What are your intentions here? Do you really feel strongly about anything posted in this thread- or is this all just a medium for you to have an argument. User targeted OP's have been a great source of irritation to many of those on the forum in the past- specifically OP's intending to produce a ban, or slating the targeted user. This is common knowledge, and if we're being honest, isn't really an outrageous claim to make. I'm not denying the Holocaust am i, so i don't understand where the talk of conspiracies is coming from? The only conspiracy i can see in this thread, is your belief that everything is a conspiracy. Just take a few deep breaths and relax a little bit.
Not forgetting Daves conspiricy theory of this mythical (un-named) clique of posters, constantly PM'ing the Mods to get people banned. Or didn't you notice that one ?
I haven't read DT's posts thoroughly but if he's claiming what you've just said he's claimed, then it doesn't sound far off what NUTS has confirmed. Even if this "clique" isn't co-ordinated in any way, i'm sure it's the same faces who've complained about swords, for instance. It's certainly the same faces who jumped on his every thread to have a pop at him, so it doesn't take much of a stretch of the imagination to assume that they'd be the same ones PM'ing to get him banned. Imaz/Cerny probably did their best
Two or three individuals, who PM a mod doesn't make a 'clique' as Dave has claimed. I've asked Dave for names of this alleged 'clique' but sadly he hasn't been forth coming. I can therefore only assume its nonsense.
I haven't used vocabulary just as Dark Forces, Conspiracy etc and I will state again that I have NO idea who historically PM's the mods on any occasion but want I do know is that I have received PM's in the past that have suggested that I was the subject of a number of PM's being circulated amongst unknowns with a discussion point being my lunacy and how the board would be better off if i left. I also received in the past a couple of PM's which included similar discussion points about another poster which i ignored ... Now these are facts which i base my comments or what some would call false claims on and of course I have no idea what sort of volume if any correspondence has taken place over the time i have been on here .... if asked whether I believe this has taken place or been actioned to other posters then I believe it has. I fully respected NUTs comment on here and I also fully understand that they have had to act in the past based on the rules. Where do/did I find the hypocrisy? ... well that clear to see on any old thread if you were to trawl through with a regulatory diligence ... Today ...
