Right, Patrick Leigh Fermor, if you have never heard of him, was an all time British hero and eccentric. As part of the Special Operations Executive he captured a German general in Crete. In 1933, as an 18 year old having been chucked out of a variety of schools, he took a boat to Rotterdam and walked to Constantinople as it was then called, with £5 and some introductions to a few people vaguely on the route.

There are (according to my fingers) 31,556,000 seconds in a year, I would estimate (based on no knowledge whatsoever) that 200 million fingers of kitkat are produced per annum, so my guess is 6 per second.
