No, I am sure it was late 80's as I was in my late teens when it came out or nearly 20 so it would have been 86-89. In fact upon reflection were Wham still together in the late 80s.

I was gonna say shudupa you face or else Stop the Cavalry by Jonah Louie?

Edit: Sorry - you meant Shut upa da face was 70's not Fairytale

Not Jonah Louie either.

Good guess, but no.

Stroller, just noticed your location is Eastcote.
According to BBC weather "use my location" my house comes up as Eastcote
However According to my post code, postal address and relative property prices, my house is very much still down in South Ruislip!:emoticon-0106-cryin

Nowt wrong with South Ruislip - my daughter lives there.

Joe Dolce kept Ultravox's Vienna off number one, Tramore

That was it.....knew it kept some classic from No 1.....that was late 70's

Probably some Cliff Richard drivvle....that will upset some!!!!

But's it not quite Eastcote Darling.
I grew up in Eastcote and would love to move up above the station where my mum and dad are now, but we had to head south of the border because I could not afford a one bed flat in Eastcote let alone a three bed semi!!
And now its even worse. House prices in our area are sky rocketing again since the spring of this year.
