Yes mate. I was orange 3G and awful. Switched to EE 4g and it's great. No issues at all and a vast improvement.
There was an unbelievably good EE deal last summer for the HTC One on 4G with unlimited talk time and text and about 500MB data. £200 up front. I was put off by EE reviews at that time but perhaps a lost opportunity. By the time I got around to getting my phone, that deal had gone perhaps indicating that is really was too good to be true - from EE's end.
Agree. I have the same experience in Ellerslie Road. 3G on iPhone 5S - very slow or non existent loading of web pages in the ground. I assumed the same as others, that the sheer volume of users trying to access at the same time is the root cause. By contrast, 3G at the Coningham Arms is excellent, so I now load the Match Day thread and check the teams then instead.
Samsung S3 on EE (who I hate) in PU. Good signal during the game but rubbish at HT. Bandwidth issue as already stated.
