All of this, I use the PP90M1, it has a really high fire rate so I can just blast off the hip. Use a silencer and extended mag's so you don't get caught with your pant's down while reloading.

I would find you , and knife your neck (if you weren't on a GIRLS console...)
A few tips:
Buy an Xbox
Get a proper headset for said Xbox
ALWAYS STAY IN COVER.
Sprint as little as possible.
Keep the crosshairs of the gun at chest/head height when you're wandering around and point them at the most likely place for their to be players.
Try not to walk into open space where you have no idea if someone's there or not, or around corners. Let one of your team mates do it for you.
Equip Marksman as your third perk as soon as you unlock it and aim down your sights constantly. This is the best perk imo for new/poor players as it both promotes successful gameplay (aiming first giving you the upper hand rather than sprinting around like a moron) and it also highlights opposition players with orange writing above their head and makes it waaaaaaaaaaay easier to spot them (but only when you're aiming down the sights)
Don't put your sensitivity up until you're better.
Stay away from sub machine guns, lmgs and sniper rifles until you're better. Assualt rifles > pretty much everything.
Try to use all your grenades up every single life.
Hiding spots are for ***s. Find an area where there's a large amount of traffic and move between cover but always stay in cover, checking the numerous areas the opposition can come from and picking those ****ers off. Don't sit in corners.

Used to love CoD but the last 2 have been dreadful. i think this new one is terribly unbalanced. i was admittedly getting spanked every game until i unlocked the pp90m1. that gun just tears everything up and doesn't really give me incentive to use something else. only guns on the game seem to be that and the striker everything else just seems like a no contest against these 2.
ive near fully converted to battlefield now. would recommend that game before i would MW3.
the graphics, the sound, and the maps are so much better. imo

Always use a silenced weapon, UMP45 with silencer and rapid fire. Have Assassin Pro on, and the other ones that basically make you undetectable to UAV etc. Have low kill streaks in support - UAV, Care Package are crucial. Skirt edges of maps and don't run into middle. Keep moving, guarantee you'll get 15+ kills.

MW3 was actually very challenging to begin with. Hit registration is completely different to MW2 (it should be renamed CoD Modern Black Ops 3 such are the similarities), weapons I loved in MW2 were suddenly totally different (e.g. Barret .50cal, M16, UMP.45) add on top being totally lost in the maps as you try to learn them.
Figure out maps that are long range combat (Seatown) so good for sniper rifles, maps that are long/medium range (Village) so an accurate assault rifle suits (MK14 dominates here), medium/short range (underground) so use an automatic assault rifle (e.g. ACR, not M4) and close range (hardhat, dome) so use an SMG (UMP45 etc.)etc.
Always have an anti-air class to take down choppers etc. Use a stinger and the Blind Eye perk.
Learn fo adapt your strategies to deal with the strategies the opposite team is using. E.g. i have had great success on dome switching from an SMG when it isnt working and using the MK14
