OT: Mafia game thread starts Sunday 8pm 14/9/14

The comment about not having a PM was posted at 3.09pm yesterday. The game wasn't meant to start until 8pm

I see Sky has been online but hasn't posted a vote here. He was one of the less frequent posters last time so doesn't necessarily mean anything.
Magic... not found a post by him yet so that I can check when he was last online.

Nozzer seems to be keeping a keen eye on the thread without saying much....

Astro also jumped in to share his tactic again without saying anything suspicious...which I find suspicious...

 

I might start a list of AKAs for me...

 

This looks similar to MITO's tactic in the last game.

 

Astro is much quieter than last time but that could just be a case of learning his lesson as it got him shot last time too (maybe I should take note )

 

Two minutes later:

Either it was a huge coincidence that MITO posted that he sent everyone their role two minutes later... or it isn't a coincidence!


I wouldn't convict you in a 1st world country of being guilty on that evidence... but this game is set in Arizona so that's all the evidence needed! Not convinced you're guilty- but suspect you have a role. 4/7 = 57% chance of that role being Mafia.

 

I've made the odd comment. I've also been fairly busy with work. I tend to leave the page open so that it remembers what I've looked at on the board. And I'm the mafia. No, wait, hang on...

I think it's a good tactic to take. List all the people and how likely you think they are guilty/innocent- summarizing why.
Best to take a logical approach as far as possible.

As I said, I was on my phone so didn't see a notification. Only saw the PM after seeing MITO's comment

 

I'm sure that gerrez has a role, I'm just not convinced it's mafia yet and I think he'll be handy to keep alive as he talks a lot. One strange comment could change that though

public vote. You are one of the 15 top people in this town and you've got all gotten together to take out the mafia. problem is nobody knows who is mafia so you are going to do what all good americans do and thats go pick someone and string them up.

You all vote in public then you go get your torches and pitchforks and grab the person then hang 'em.

then the next say (8pm) the newspaper will come out tell you whay you did....
