OT: Mafia game thread starts Sunday 8pm 14/9/14

People have not been shy to wait until last moment. No reason Mafia won't be tomorrow either. Plus it will only take one townie not to go along with them.


We have to hit Mafia tonight. AGAIN IF YOU HAVE A ROLE - COME OUT!!!!! NOW IS THE TIME- TELL US WHAT YOU KNOW- WHO DID YOU INVESTIGATE- CLEAR YOURSELF AS INNOCENT SO WE CAN CLEAR YOU

Again for those who didn't see my logic above.


4 Mafia Vs 8 Town.
Tonight if we lynch a townie it could be 5 Mafia vs 6 Town.

We know Town will not all vote as one- which gives Mafia control of the vote- they can win by a vote on town 4.



What coming out will do is:
a) tell you who is town roles- so narrows down the list to pick as Mafia
b) if Mafia pretends to be town role- that's OK... two people pretending to be doctor for example would tell us one is real one is fake. We would have 50% certainty on one Mafioso.

 

I want our cops to investigate two of Lucaas, Minxy and Danilo tonight. Reason being they are all very quiet meaning we are unable to gauge anything from them. Only way we will find out is through investigation.

Please remember, if the snitch is involved then MITO will say a innocent member is Mafia without a label. If the snitch isn't involved then he will tell you a Mafia members exact role (Don, Mafia Investigator, Snitch, The Goon)

If we get just one other person claiming to be cop- then I will tend to trust Sky more. If everyone reveals their role- and ALL the special roles get filled we will know that the Mafia are in the group claiming to be townies.

Anyone not see the logic in my suggestion? We have to hit Mafia tonight and this is the best way. If we don't get conflicting results on people claiming to be town roles and get all the town roles- that gives a 4 out of 9 chance at hitting Mafia.

Even using dumb statistics with no logic applied that gives us almost 50% chance. Hopefully logic will help get us above 50%.

If we do get more people claiming roles then we have roles- then we know we have some leading candidates!

I vote for billy because I actually believe bodanki when he says he's innocent, despite him & others pointing the finger at me constantly for not being active (discriminating against the working man), and I don't want to see us lose another townie in bodanki!!

4. Investigators:
a. Mafia snitch and goon will be reported simply as mafia, you didn't see them do anything after all. Mafia investigator will be called out, you saw him staking out a place. The don will be called the don.

So "mafia" means either an innocent (with snitch) or the snitch or the goon

 

I like this. Another Cop stepping forward wouldn't have to worry about being targeted either since Sky and I have both revealed.

Be interesting if someone claims to be mafia though

 

Why so protective of Bod? I can see why certain people at the moment can claim innocence (Gerrez as the only "known" Doc or Sky as the only "known" investigator) but what makes you so sure of Bod?

 

Going by MITO's wording, he would reveal their exact role if investigated. If the snitch is involved then MITO has to flip it but can't randomly assign a role to them so its simple mafia or townie.

This as been going on since just before the end of day one. Strange that AFC was so against Bod for most of that first day and taken alliance since. AFC voted for Bod in day two too but as we already know, Magic won by a landslide so there was no risk! Was AFC attacking Bod to try and hide the fact they were on the same side? If they are not mafia, I suspect a bit of cheating going off #joke

Sky- if no other people come out claiming to be a cop then I will be forced to believe you and I will change my vote away from Bodanki. (although he could have been protected by snitch). I'm kinda relying on the town to use logic now and realise what we have to do to avoid being placed in an almost certain-losing situation.

Minxy also voted for Bod last night (although it isn't showing on the table) at 8:01 but MITO said he'd included it as it was before nightfall. By that logic does she come into the mix too? She left it very late (considering Posh had a game and she knew none of us would be voting after 7:45 )

Imagine if it was Bod, Minxy and AFC acting with one other who's a Red Shame on that man if so

I was actually starting to wonder if Billy was the second investigator, but he seems to have disproven that (perhaps could be mafia investigator).
