OT: Mafia game thread starts Sunday 8pm 14/9/14

I was a target in the first round because of that bloody PM issue. In the second round, A few said they were 50:50 about me so I wanted to put the record straight. However, I couldn't since I'd protected myself in the first round and revealing my identity would (as you said) make me a target. A few had said if Magic turned out innocent then I was a prime target since I pushed for the Magic vote. Therefore, I made the announcement immediately on day three before anyone threw accusations at me, basically to avoid people claiming its all I had.

Since no one else as claimed to be the doctor since (and its been about 16hrs), I think its clear I was telling the truth.

 

For now, I'm changing my vote to Bodanki. Bodanki looks to be at the center of a web with Astro, Sky, and AFC all linked.

Half those links might not be real links- just coincidences but to be linked with so many people at least one of them has to be.



So - that leads me to general town strategy. THIS MIGHT BE THE TIME FOR TOWN TO LAY CARDS ON THE TABLE - tell us what you know if you have a role.

Gerrez - claims to be doctor and no one disputes him - this makes him innocent in my eyes, at least as long as no one else claims to be doctor.
Sky - claims to be investigator - we know there is at least one more. Two if Sky is fake. With town staying silent we can't know for sure.



He's the run down.
4 Mafia 8 town.

Tonight after lynching if we get the wrong person it could be 5 Mafia 6 town. At that point- it's almost certain Mafia will win the game. They can all vote for one person on day 4 and if town is split in their opinion- or they convince 1 town person to vote with them- they've won.

We have to hit Mafia tonight! If we don't we lose the game. If you have a role I think it is time to come out and tell us what you know.

 

True. But as already highlighted, I can't as I protected you last night (can protect the same person twice in a row). Of course, that depends on whether I told the truth about protecting you last night too

 

I'm just claiming that except for your PM ****up there is zero reason for the doctor to ever reveal himself. If Milk is going to question my logic I will also question his that in the case of you being fake that the "real" doctor would be so happy to announce who he is to the world.

I think he though Sky would be next- and he wanted to protect himself because both me and Minxy said the two were linked. (although Minxy also said I'm linked with Sky and Gerrez too! )

Even if you were cop- and investigated Bod. You couldn't know that 100% snitch could have protected Bod. (1 in 12 chance... higher if Bod were don and protecting the don).

 

Milk - i know bodanki is innocent and you're about to vote for him. Ffs we're lose the game if he gets voted out.


The dr needs to save me so i can ivestigate one more person tonight, someone i'm convinced is the don.

Those 2 points alone could swing it in favour of the towns people.

Only if they wait until the final hour to post their votes. Otherwise it will be obvious. If we get it wrong tonight then I propose no townie votes until the final hour.

You're acting totally assured im mafia for vague reasons and the word of a dead man who was whacked clearly for tactical reasons by the mafia.

Not just giving a reason for placing your vote but actively seeking to place suspicion on me and mount the votes up.

 

I didn't think it was wise yesterday to out anyone but now we have two claims to public roles I think we have to do that and see who's story fits best Still not sure I trust Sky simply because he's proclaiming Bod's innocence so vehemently...if you did investigate Bod Sky then he surely could still be the snitch eh. Any reason to believe he's not?

I'm going to change my vote to Bod as well to see what happens next.

I might change my vote before the vote tonight... but we have to hit someone Mafia- and I'm not convinced you're not. Statistically, you're more likely Mafia than townie (4/7 chance Mafia) - so I can't trust you on your word alone.

Doctor should protect himself tonight not you Sky. With no one else claiming to be the doctor- Gerrez is innocent. He's the only known innocent. If he protects anyone other than himself then the town won't know any innocents tomorrow.






Milk - Known Innocent to myself.
gerrez - unless anyone else claims to be doctor- has to be assumed to be innocent. Coming out as doctor serves no purpose for Mafia. Unless to make it look like he is innocent. In which case town could expose him by outing themselves as doctor which would make it 50/50. No one has done so.

Nozzer - Don't know. It worries me he has been so clean
Minxy - I have mixed feelings not sure.
Danilo - Too quiet... someone for investigators to investigate

afcftw - Erratic and ties into the theoretical Bod Triangle.

lucaas - Too quiet... someone for investigators to investigate

ibwt - I'm cautiously leaning innocent... but only because I theorized earlier that he and Astro are probably not on same team and I suspect Astro as Mafia.

billy can - not really said anything controversial... which worries me.

bodanki - at the center of the web with Astro, AFC, and Sky all possible connections.

Sky - we know statistically that Sky is more likely Mafia than town. That is a statistical fact. Links in to the Bodanki triangle.

Astro - did a guilty as all **** move night one- links in with the Bodanki triangle. Did some obvious fake logic on linking himself with Gerrez.

I know I'm innocent, I think bod is too and the people going for us are trying to throw Astro, sky and to a lesser extent gerrez in with us, which might suggest they are innocent as well.

Milk, billy, maybe IBWT, minxy, lucaaaas looking like strong mafia possibilities to me.

 

The Bodanki triangle At the moment we need it to be more of a Bodanki square then we'll have everyone

Basically if Sky isn't Mafia then he's getting shot tonight (as the known investigator) No point voting for him as he's now either ****ed by the mafia tonight or by us tomorrow (or if the mafia try and bluff and don't shoot him then he'll get us The Don) win-win.

I think if we have billy and milk on similar votes in the lead up to 8 o'clock we will see at least one person reveal themselves.

This Bodanki voting smacks of shifting the focus from me to him as people didn't pile on to me. Billy is now currently not on the block anymore..
