OT: Mafia game thread starts Sunday 8pm 14/9/14

Not sure I understand that bit. First night is conversion, got that. What is:

- underling

and

- change % chance kill vs conversion


I'm assuming the latter is a coin flip or something?

 

I said before this game that I liked the idea of two mafia teams.

I also think players with roles should keep those roles if they are converted. Maybe restrict the number of investigations the cop/investigator can do.

 

Yes. That would be coin toss for example. Heads kill... tail convert to an underling (or regular vampire whatever you want to call the equivalent of the goon in this game).

Essentially Vampire Lord is the Don... but recruits his team instead of starts with them.

 

I do think whoever hosts game should get final say on format though.

Although I'm on a lot, I can't commit hosting because of the set times and effort it takes. The mrs (nm) goes back to work soon so I'll be finishing work and then looking after three kids for three hours each night

 

I actually have a fun "unknown evil" scenario I'd like to try... thought of it whilst loading the dish washer... it involves two roles which I haven't mentioned (and shaln't because it would kill the scenario).

Probably best someone else have a go hosting before that though so people get more experience first...

 

Just a note to say I heard from one mafia, can I hear from the townies that you have a block of 4/5 people who will vote the same now? Is so I will end

Minxy is for the chop, the. It'll be danilo and finally a coin flip between billy and Astro, if the one who dies is innocent then the other follows the next day.

Can't see why anyone would vote for anyone other than those guys now.
