OT - iOS 7

Did u ever have an app called bump? Looks like that, our lass wont update hers yet so yet to test it, i think its a tool for sharing stuff

 

Mines done why is everything white on the screen now?
Thought I'd lost all my apps as well couldn't see the extra screen things at the bottom . Not keen on the skinny writing and sort of greyscale screens suppose it'll take time to get used to.

 

I like the look of it personally - only got an iPad (got an Android phone) and IOS 7 looks quite a lot like Android setup - got similar little quirks as well

 

When I switched from an Iphone to an Android, I really didn't notice that much of a difference. Am I being thick, or is there not that much difference in reality?

 

From the outside there isn't - but it's far far easier to hack stuff on an Android device - it's a techies paradise with the different ROMs and things you can put on them

 

Different apps between them as well

 

Just a suggestion to those on the iPhone 4S and 5 (not 5s or 5c) turn off the parallax effect by going into settings-general-accessibility-reduce motion and turn it to on, you may find safari a bit better and also a few other things like move and scale a photo for your wallpaper. Also the parallax effect drains your battery quicker.

Battery seems to be drinking the electric with this new OS any tips on prolonging it apart from the usual suspects KDA?

Cheers mate but have done most of them and it's still drinking the juice maybe Apples way of knacking the phone so we all have to buy a new one.

 

Only bad thing I've found on my I phone is the battery life. It really is crap and IOS 7 has made it far worse.
As for the update itself. I like it.
