OT - Holidays

Just had two weeks away in tenerife las americanas or something like that, so much there & weather brill & then back for two days & then went to madrid for 3 days for nepthews wedding & those spanish now how to do a wedding, started at 8pm & got to bed at 5.30am & really had to pace yourself with dring, felt ok just knackered & then had to leave at 12 to get flight home, needed today off.
 
This thread just reminds me how badly organised I am. I have not had a holiday all year. The rest of the family went skiing in February, I was working. Have sacrificed the summer and holiday budget to house reworking, which has unearthed gerry building on a cosmic scale, requiring yet more dosh. Couple of weekend trips set up for the autumn, and next summer amazingly already booked, but I have definitely cocked up the work life balance this year. No pity asked for, this is completely self inflicted.

Glad to see the vast majority on here are having good well earned breaks.

Glad you had a good holiday Jeff.
I went to Playa de Americas once on a ldas holiday (so we are taliking a good few years ago!!) Very lively place as I recall.
Thanks again for the Sheff Wed programme, it was much appreciated.

I have just had a couple of weeks in Portugal in the Algarve. Very relaxing.

No problem ccj glad you had nice & relaxing time, holidays now over & back to the grind unless some numbers come up!
