    Bishop Auckland accent but I've lived in Belfast for 3 n a half years, and as a result (bizarely) my accent has gotten more geordie!

    "cerry" is a hartlepool thing .. like "werin a perple shert to werk" .. we are very common haha .. although i am picking up a murton twang now :|

    My mate from Shildon says 'cerry' too. I picked up the Boro accent after living there for two long, so glad I've now lost it!

    PLEASE dont label me with the Boro accent haha .. I see myself as north east and see Boro as yorkshire, not real north easter's

    I'm not saying you have a Boro accent, but it sounds similar! Except yours has more Mackem to it <laugh>.

    Yea your right we do sound similar .. but i feel sick at the thought of having a more mackem accent haha .. especially now i live in murton !!
