I thought the safety car had screwed me then, it told me it was coming out as I went passed the pit entrance which meant I had to do a full lap behind the safety car and I still needed to do another stop. Fortunately, I came out in ninth.

what happened to you? you were second but ended up eighth?

I was 22secs up when SC came out, easily enough time to pit and stay ahead of the rest.

I do like that track though, more or less a perfect lap every time then <ok>
 
Yeah you like that one and all the others <grr>


When spun from behind my tyres were pretty knackered, this no auto wearing them out more I suspect
 
LH got the penalty against me <diva>

After I'd pitted once and he was still to go in, I undertook him on the last corner and he turned into me, he spun off into the gravel trap too <laugh>

I also undertook Alonso and he was forced wide into the gravel trip too. Hence you going into the pits in fourth and came out in second. Unintentional <ok>

<cool> I overtook alonso in the pits but put it down to Redbulls genius pitmen!

You stop right at the entrance with these because they won the constructors, think its an advantage to do that as you dont have to wait for cars to pass you as much?

Depends on track position. If you're ahead then you still have to wait if other are entering the pits as you want to leave. It does mean you don't have to wait when pitting together though, more likely they'll have to wait.

Is it me, or are our stops quicker than the Al cars anyway? I always seem to find a large amount of time between the stops :huh:

We may have to think about taking a wheel off your car btw, maye the steering wheel? <whistle>

2 stops isnt enough, youre creating half a min leads which is great but im nowhere near that atm
