Well, that went well I suspect this is quite a high scoring game since after the first weekend someone managed to score 948pts!!! I'm happy with my 336pts
Yeah its going to be high scoring! Redbull are appealing by the way http://www1.skysports.com/f1/report...pointed-by-daniel-ricciardos-disqualification They say the fuel sensors have been unreliable
Yeah I know thats why I posted it I was actually going to have him and then didnt, new drivers at new teams wanting to impress etc He certainly had a better race than Vettel! Ppl have questioned Vettels abilities because of the car he's had, would he really have won that many Championships without a very dominant car. So big season for him to prove he is a brilliant driver
Myself included. Swap Hamilton and Vettel's cars and Lewis is the one sitting on three world titles. Stick Alonso in there instead if you like, same outcome.
so why even watch then? disparaging champions is pointless. Everyone knows right now mercedes is the best car so ergo i now need not watch as i know the outcome. I do not understand why some do this even if they are fan boys. I am hopeful for a season where we see some hard racing by all.
To a degree this is true. Some drivers are simply better than others though. Take Eddie Irvine. Yes... he had team orders and got the upgrades to his car last... but he sucked compared to Michael $¢huma¢€Â®. Coulthard couldn't win a championship despite having no team orders and the best car for a long time because he wasnt good enough. Who wins is 95% car and 5% driver at least for the top teams. Back of the grid in smaller teams I think drivers count for more.
Of course some are better than others but I don't think there is much in it between Vettel, Hamilton and Alonso.
