    Anyone got a quality stuffing recipe for Christmas? It's the only thing I've never made from scratch because we had a local firm make a great one but they've gone under. So I thought I'd give it a go.

    Nobody say Paxo (why did I even write that, pure encouragement).......

    I got one off the net last year. A Jamie Oliver recipe with pork mince, bacon, chestnuts & sage. It was better than Aunt Bessies :)
