Haven't been in the car today yet. On the way home last night there was this van with a loose set of ladders on top doing about 55 in the middle lane. I was in the inside lane and was going to undertake so I moved to the outside, overtook and did the elaborate lane change back into the centre to ram it home to him that he was being a complete and utter ****ing lane pig. Shmohawk is the term I like to use for them... stolen from Larry David in Curb.
that reminded me of coming across a ladder that fell off some van or whatever right on the motorway early on day i was headed off to airport. F me i just avoided it. I now remember seeing a guy lose what looked like a large plastic water container off the bag of a trailer he was carrying and stop get out and run back along the road to get it.. now traffic was heavy at the time but still.
no just headed to work every day is all... thought i have to post the guy with the santa hat on his passenger seat headrest, windows down going at 80pmh and trying to undertake, just after yesterdays topic.
Oh yeah and I saw a Ferrari broken down in the hard shoulder yesterday as well. Traffic cops had come onto M'way at the previous junction and pulled onto hard shoulder to investigate - not sure if they'd been called or were just wanting a look.
was it just a cock driving his flash car or was it a top gear thing... in other words were there range rovers with cameras.
they did blackpool run.. i've no idea where you are or what they'd be doing or going.... I just would love to see them broken down on the side of the road doing on of those silly challenge and stop and have a laugh... its an ambition... or wishful stalking i dunno.
