OT: David Haye vs Tyson Fury

Discussion in 'Liverpool' started by Super G Ted'inho, Jul 13, 2013.

  1. The tall guy that was in it a couple of years back (may still be) certainly wasn't an athlete, he was just very tall!

    Edit: Great Khali

Haye will School him, this will be a non contest I think. He will have to much speed movement and power for the big lump to cope with!

Never heard of him, like I said, at the least you need coordination, Tyson doesn't even have had eye coordination, he'd either hospitalise himself or another wrestler <laugh>

Last time I watched that was with my eldest son years ago, I think the Rock still wrestled back then.

Wrestlers get a bad rep because the results of the 'matches' are pre-determined. This should not take away the athleticism and agility that a lot of them possess. That aspect can't be 'faked'. Also learning to sell, snap and take bumps is an art form in itself, that **** hurts and requires some intelligence. I say a lot of them, Great Khali I would not put in that group as he's terrible in the ring, much like Fury.

Also I know you're kidding around but there are some amazing wrestlers to have come out of Mexico, lucha libre is about as athletic as it gets!

Anyone watching Money in the Bank later?

Tyson Fury is a joke but he'll always have a chance.

As long as Haye sticks to his game plan, he should win easily as he is the more mature, experienced and better boxers.

As much as I hate Fury, you can't help but watch him because he is a funny nobhead.

Wow. There is a real lack of knowledge about Tyson Fury here..lol

Yes he is big, but he is certainly not a lump - He has far better footwork and movement than most boxers his size. He also throws punches in bunches and doesnt rely simply on the jab as most tall heavyweights do. Boxes well on the inside and throws blows as fighter step in rather than simply going for the clinch ala klitschko.

Cant believe people still talk about his conditioning? That was an issue 1 1/2 years ago. This is really not a problem now.

The guy has a massive heart and a very intelligent trainer.

Fury needs to keep away from Haye for four rounds and then Hayes stamina issues will drop the fight into his lap.

That said, Haye is probably a favorite at the moment because of his experience.....

Looks like alot of people are going to underestimate Fury again.
