Hi mate
You go into a hidden menu and load via the ip address, it sounds really hard but it takes only a few minutes. There are quite a few different apps you can load but the box can only hold one at a time. I use Plex as I have the server running on the machine in the living room attached to the TV (it's an HP mini server absolute brilliant buy highly recommended)

They are stunning little boxes, they're essentially a Roku box with Sky branding on it.
