Bolero is usually 2/4 or 4/4 signature - my drumming is originally from a Jazz background so Take 5 (one of my favs) would be fine for me -

Saw an interview with Ginger Baker and he showed practically everything he played was rudiments. Amazing.

Didn`t know he was from a jazz background mind. :emoticon-0104-surpr

Alexis Korner??

Never been fond of jazz. Always seemed a bit too dischordant for me.

Some amazing drummists though.

Very seldom nowadays that I get a jazz gig - mostly its the usual pub fare rock pop blues etc - the best drummers I've seen are Jazzers they usually can play rock (and most styles) with no problems - the other way around ask a rocker to play jazz <doh>

But in a trivia quiz, that'll be like a history question now.

Who sniffed glue, and shagged a bird whilst clapping his hands?...............................bez, happy mondays.....easy init.

I`m canny at science things. Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Geology and stuff like like but crap at maths.

Fine with arithmetic but totally baffled by algebra largely because I could never visualise the situation where I would ever visit a greengrocer for the purpose of buying x bananas. Completely beyond me that stuff.

Me as well mate..I love arithmetic but have always found algebra pretty pointless..
