You had Djourou, Ramsey, Koscielny, Walcott, Van Persie, Rosicky and Arshavin starting. Last time I looked those were massively experienced players who've played quite a bit of games for Arsenal. Yeah, you had two youngsters at full back and one in midfield, but how is that different to us playing you with Robinson and Flanagan at full back (17 and 18 respectively) and Spearing in midfield. Sounds like excuses to me really, Koscielny has always looked poor against physical opponents, the only time he's looked at ease is when he's played against non-physical teams like Barcelona. He's a good reader of the game, but I would take Coloccini over him every day, and I'm not that keen on Coloccini either.

We had Djourou playing, i'm suprised we didn't concede 10. The guy is woeful, why wenger keeps picking him is beyond me.

Wow so many Premier League fans still underrate Coloccini. I really think he's one of the best defenders in the entire league, only a very select few I would say are better than him. The man is pure class. Saylor has been awesome too, but I'd be interested to see him play now without Coloccini beside him as he was half decent but certainly no great shakes in the past. Colo is the kind of defender who ups the game of anyone who stands beside him.

He is by far our most influential and important player.

I agree mate it's such a shame nobody sees what we do :(

I am 100% sure we aren't just being biased, I'm usually quite over critical if anything of our players

It's just one of those things because he had a shocker of a first season.
