Williams and Biggar fit for quarter-final

"Wales full-back Liam Williams and fly-half Dan Biggar have been passed fit for the World Cup quarter-final against Argentina in Marseille on Saturday.

Aaron Wainwright switches from flanker to replace Taulupe Faletau at number eight with Tommy Reffell called in at open-side flanker.

Captain Jac Morgan reverts from open-side to blind-side while co-captain Dewi Lake is named as a replacement.

However fly-half Gareth Anscombe misses out with a groin issue.

Centre George North will become the first Welshman to appear in a fourth World Cup quarter-final.

Wales have selected 14 of the starting side that defeated Australia and Fiji in the pool stage, with the exception of the injured Faletau who has been ruled out of the tournament with a broken arm."

A good lineup. I just hope Biggar (especially) and LW are fully fit, can't afford to lose anyone early on. I'm feeling confident Wales can edge this one.

At Gatwick - more gate info delayed an hour to 11:40, the time we were scheduled to take off.

My son’s father-in-law has been sitting on the runway for 2 hours ……

Our ball handling against Argentina is poor, it has cost us.

Just got back to the hotel.

Feels like a game we lost rather than the Argies won it.

We failed to kick on at 10-0 …. another score then and we thought that the Argies’ heads would have gone … but it never materialised <doh>

The Pumas fans were fantastic … completely outshone and outsang the Welsh - we should hang our heads in Shame :emoticon-0130-devil

Yep, feels like we went out with a whimper in the end. We were really good for the 10 - 0 lead and we looked like we had some attacking ideas for the first time. And then it just fell apart - handling errors and penalties galore. We were so sloppy. The best team won in the end. So frustrating.

Enjoyed Ire v NZ. I would say the best team won that, especially considering they had two yellows. You have to admire Ireland's accuracy... 30+ phases at the end of a very tiring game, no knock ons but then consider NZ kept them out with no pens conceded. Impressive all round. The only consolation (grasping at straws) for Wales is they might have been really embarrassed playing NZ.

Looking forward to two crackers today. Can't call the second game but I really hope Fiji turn up today!

What an amazing game last night. I thought the best team won in the end, just. So it's an NZ v SA final. Should be good.

One point... Can anyone tell me how an Argentinian player literally nearly takes Tompkins head off and it's "accidental, play on"? Yet, for example, Etzebet dips, the French player moves and there's contact and it's a straight yellow, no questions. Surely that was as accidental as it gets?
