Did the other 109 clubs not bother to turn up?

Of those that did attend, only around 145 voted in favour of the motion.

 

November 1st sees the 50th anniversary of a significant rugby occurrence which has been over-looked, even ignored, ever since.

It might be classed as the first-ever European club cup final ! – for on that day in 1972, Neath (the inaugural Welsh Cup winners) travelled to France to take on Beziers (the French champions) in a match which was arranged to officially open the new Parc des Princes stadium in Paris.

I realise i`m stating the obvious but it wasn`t just the top 5% professionalism missing but NZ totally dominated the contact, something that never happened under WG.

Contrast this with Ireland. Buck stops with the coaches.

Under Gatland, we were going to be super fit; so we were.

We have ‘nowt’ now, except players trying to succeed against all the odds, without a game plan, lacking belief and bereft of any sort of advantage in any area.

 

I believe that Pivac’s record against the top 10 Rugby Nations is played 24 and won 6.

In 3 of those 6 wins, the opposition (Ireland, Scotland & Australia) had a man sent off…..

Plus the win in the second test against SA this past Summer was really their second team …..

Pivac’s record is absolutely shocking.
