Needs must fella if we get anymore injuries! Besides I've never seen him do too much wrong in the fleeting appearances last year.

I think Kilgallan has had a raw deal TBH. How many full games has he played, in the bit I saw he seemed OK to me, not first choice but good back up.

Erm.. You said "anything less than 9 points is totally unacceptable", if we got for example 7 points from those 3 games we wouldn't be on 2 points still. 9 points from 7 games isn't exactly awful form. Personally I'd be happy with anything over 4 points from those three... I'm not sure if we've ever won three games on the trot in the prem before, so to say anything less is "totally unacceptable" is a bit unrealistic tbh... Stoke are a very good side, although we are capable of beating them at home, I think a draw is the more likely result. Would hope we would get 3 from the other two, but you never know. Norwich were unlucky to get nothing from Chelsea in their last match so they're no pushovers, particularly at home, and Brom aren't a bad side, but hopefully being at home will give us the edge. You never know with SAFC though!

I am being serious when I say this but what has the lad done wrong? I saw the few appearences he made for us and he looked alright, they were not world beating but he certainly did not make any glaring errors and did not look off the pace?

Remember Bardo? everyone thought he had no chance of making the squad at the start of last year let alone the first 11.

O'Shea is your best player, I'm one of the few who said that from the moment you signed him. He would walk into any team outside the top 6 in my opinion. The point I wanted to make is do you think Fergie knew something about an injury that may cause him problems in the future? I find it hard to believe that he would sell such an experienced player on the cheap if he was fully fit.

For some reason you seem to think that by the age of 30 players are past it. With the style of O'Shea's game, he could be (fitness permitting) on top of his game for another 5 years. It was very cheap for a player with such a wealth of experience at the top level, and a good player to boot.
