It was a solid display from all involved. Martinez is such a beast. Roy Keane would be proud to play alongside him.

We are far more direct and dangerous going forward in the last few games which is important for the second half of the season. ETH must keep the players in that winning mentality zone and organization to create chances for the forwards.

Great game to watch!

But the injury to Martinez looks serious - you have to feel for him.
 
Sorry lads couldn't do the matchday thread, but my aura carried through today (unlike van dik) without one.

Didn't get to see the game as I was out and about on errands today. Have to say I had a good feeling about the match, just knew we were going to win.

Bit gutted to hear about Lisandro. Hope whatever it is, it's minor. Without him we're just nowhere near the same.

Thank fck I don't see that thread popping up since they got demoted.

Cheers mate bit strange he's not been on for the last couple of matches. Just wondered if he was alright. I use the word 'alright' loosely if he's dropping likes on there.

quick check looks like he was last on line about 23rd but haven't seen any posts for yonks

Fcking vexed tbh, wait half a season to get Martinez back and he gets a serious injury after 2 games. So much fcking bad luck it's unreal. We're a completely different side with him.
