We all choose ways to support our team, but is it acceptable for grown people in their 50's to wear childish wigs and dye their hair in the team colours for football games?

Yes of course when else do you think grown men can get away with such behaviour - Honestly...

;)

My ex father in law and his wife - both in their mid 60's did it every week and were so proud of it too. Is it acceptable? Never really had an opinion on it as they were ardent City fans and supported the team no matter what, including the Rodent years

I saw a chap at Villa on Saturday towards the front wearing a wig and thought to myself I bet this bloke ends up on the crowd shot of city fans on MOTD, I saw his missus at the Chelsea game along the Kings Road with hair dyed green & yellow and thought good god have a word with yourself love.

A man spends his days at work, running around after the kids, being nagged by his wife.

3PM on a Saturday is his chance to let his hair down and support his team.

Quite frankly he can dye his chest hair yellow and green and cover his modesty with an inflatable canary for all I care, give him a break!
