Anyone who thinks he gives 2 ****s about Hull City need to wake up, it’s all about him & his ego.
If he just shuts up & sits in the background, so we barely know he’s here, only says small soundbites if necessary, then he’ll be an improvement.
If, & it’s a HUGE if, we get to the PL with him as owner, I can see him flogging us ASAP, if we’d got there earlier, he’d have milked the limelight for himself, but not now.

He'll go as soon as he gets an offer he thinks is enough, some won't like that, but doesn't make it not true

Open letter on opening day of the season.

It’s all ‘me, me, me’ with him.

No, there's plenty of owners who don't actually want to leave. Ours just pretends it's his dream etc... anyway he's had his hands tied recently and it's helped us massively. I really hope he's learnt his lessons and the embarrassment has really changed him
Every owner will sell when they get an offer that meets their valuation, you are right some owners value their club higher than others, but are you suggesting our owner just wants out and will sell to anybody? Or just out if he can make a profit?

He's said himself he's invested 80m.

The club is probably worth 50 at the moment. I doubt that's a loss he'd be willing to stand.

To me,the only way he makes a profit from the Club is promotion.Selling the Club as it is would invariably require him to wipe off £30-£40 million of debt.

Can't see it,can you?

the reasons and the prices are rarely based on anything too specific
you might have a logical way of coming up with a valuation but a potential owner will take a lot of other things into account

We can look at the fact in was sold for around 30m 3.5 years ago and we were is a similar league status then, and you can look at estimated squad values on reputable sites the industry use - though these are often a little optimistic.

We don't own our own ground so we only really have cottingham as a tangible asset, plus we know the club owes a further 20m in future liabilities, so if anything, my estimate is probably generous one.

Potential owners usually buy clubs based on future cash flows and branding
Player values are not irrelevant but a club usually has to replace their best players
