The track is not designed for f1. No way. The exit roads etc are narrow. The aggregate is massive.

 

he was losing over a second a lap to Gasly, he wasn't getting a fastest lap.

 

When you have morons tooling round the back like latifi and marzipan they often abandon the cars in the most obvious and dangerous spits possible.

Could easily have tooled around and put it in a very safe spot but just banged it in where a car.might wash out.

Corners are too slow at where he dropped his car to need to put out a virtual safety car

 

Alonso could and should have more wins / Championships . He is his own worst enemy though , when it comes to keeping his mouth shut .

 

Well.

Hamilton needed 2 wins out of 3 plus at worst fastest laps so he has got 1 but verstappen needed to stop the fastest lap leakage so this is now poised well.

Verstappen needs a win to make this swing back in his favour.

If this goes 1/2 to each then I think verstappen wins.
Hamilton needs to win both races and should have the engine advantage on both tracks.

 

Should be but the leader couldnt get out nor could they get marshalls out to it so the choice is let a car hit it if something happens or put Marshall's in danger.

The track designs should have exit roads for cars to disappear down if possible and this was perfectly possible do so. I think personally latifi said **** it I missed pits so not arsed tooling around

 

good to see Renault having a decent season, I hope they come out in 22 with something that can challenge.

 

Well, if the Saudi track is as fast as it looks from the simulation video they put out a few months ago Red Bull won’t get close and it should be a Merc 1-2, if Bottas can actually put it together for once.

 

With Max's starts then he could have been P1 by the end of lap 1 without the penalty, whether he could have held off Hamilton for the race I'm not sure.

Time to see where this season goes, the first corner in Saudi looks like a mess waiting to happen.
