Not at all. Player's personal lives are none of our concern so long as they don't do anything to bring the Club into disrepute. Its not our job to console a bereaved player, still less to excuse below par performances. If the chap ain't up to it, he should be replaced with someone who is. He's actually started to play well for us now though and long may it continue.
