To be fair Simpson suggested everyone just calm down recently as if he would sign eventually. The report I read too said the only sticking point was how the money was to be paid. The wages and length of contract were agreed. Just shows how complicated these contracts are. I would have thought the money just went into a bank balance at the end of a month!
