Does "Fantastic Offer" mean an improved offer from last time?

A few days ago I would have sold him and accepted that we'd get relegated, but somehow the team has picked up and certain players who people ignore on here (Nyatanga for one) have proven why they were touted as great players to begin with. I say we keep Maynard and push for the highest possible league place we can with this squad.

Next year the long awaited clear-out will begin with at least six or eight leaving due to their contracts ending. From there, the stadium can finally start and we can move past what will probably be our hardest season in the Championship.
