    Generally the prosecution doesn't prosecute without what it deems enough evidence to convict, so yes there is evidence do you understand english?

    But I can't beleive the nieviety of some people, do they seriousy beleive the CPS would have gone to great expense to take this all the way to court unless they had solid evidence?

    Yup...same with John Terry...they only push it if they belive they have a very good chance of achieving a conviction, based on the evidence submitted by the prosectuion.

    In that case all prosecutions brought by the CPS should automatically result in a guilty verdict without a trial

    Point taken however in a high profile case like this the CPS would have a water tight case prior to proceeding.
