Generally the prosecution doesn't prosecute without what it deems enough evidence to convict, so yes there is evidence do you understand english?

Yup...same with John Terry...they only push it if they belive they have a very good chance of achieving a conviction, based on the evidence submitted by the prosectuion.
In that case all prosecutions brought by the CPS should automatically result in a guilty verdict without a trial
