People saying Chelsea are a one man team due to Hazard. Are they correct? Spurs rely of Kane a lot, but more so than Chelsea and Hazard? Way back, Arsenal relied on RVP. Portugal are just Ronaldo and 10 other random blokes. Any more one man bands?
Yes they are correct Spurs don't rely on Kane...Kane just finishes off the moves because that's his job Hazard creates his own chances more often than not...running from deep and getting the momentum going..usually finishing off his own moves Big big difference.
You wouldn't be anywhere near the team without him though. It's true of most teams really though, you can point at almost every team and take one or two out.
Thought Everton was a one man team last season with Lukaku This season they are a non man team which kind of proves my point
Exactly...take Salah out of Pool, take KDB out of City. It's more to do with the dynamics of the team and how influential one man is to them. Says a lot that Hazard has to start the moves, be in the middle of them and to finish them off
If you took all his goals out Everton would’ve finished in the same position. Ergo, not a one man team.
Thats your summary of a players influence to a team? Lukaku is no team player as United are finding out and 25 goals were very influential for Everton. Removing them has resulted in them struggling in the league this season.
It was tongue in cheek mate. I’m saying they weren’t a one man team. I don’t believe there is such a thing as a one man team. Every team has a talisman who would be badly missed if not playing.
There's a conversation taking place on Talksport about wether Chelsea are a 1 man team...it's interesting Skiddy types are calling in fuming
