    before I went to Moscow barracks in northern Ireland I went on a 2 weeks small arms course had a go of the SLR ,pistol SMG and GPMG .Was told by the instructor they knew the IRA has 2 GPMG s not impressed .Was there when mr Sands went on his extreme diet
    besides that probably sea dart missile on hms Coventry though I didn't press the tit
