As a worst case scenario, if you get beaten in the final and miss out on 4th, would you want RDM to be given the managers job on a permanent basis? I think he could be a bloody good gaffer for you guys, but the mess he inherited from AVB has meant that he has had a tough job (and done wonders) with what was available.
Do you even think that RA would give him the job if he got you into the champions League next season, one way or the other, or is he not 'Marquee' enough for him?
