I think it's guarenteed that Ki starts tomorrow. That said I'd have said the same thing before Liverpool.
Fernandez hit Sterling in the back of the head , both should keep their hands to themselves and both should have been charged or not charged equally imo
the way the game is going players will be fined for having sex in public with all the grappling at corners etc, really needs to be out of the game
Shelvey got what he deserved imo .Dont get me wrong , I actually like Shelvey and am glad to have him .But if we dont use him farther up field he will continue to be frustrated into stupid reactions . If we cant find minutes for him attacking , sell him imo.
I though Fed put hand on Stirling's neck to calm him down and Sterling pulled away making it look like he'd been hit. The slomo I saw today made it look like Federico was caught in the face. TBH I'm not really concerned - when the ref did nothing over the Sterling attack there was never going to be any repercussions as it was seen and (in)action taken. In banning Jonjo I think they have done us a service.
One things for sure bob , whatever Sterling got or didnt , Fernandez was going to get the same imo .The moral of the story is keep your hands to yourself
Did you notice the snide push by Sterling on Fernandez. He's lucky he didn't trip on that small advertising hoarding as he would have gone head first into steel railings. If that have happened, then Fernandez would have had some serious injuries to him.
No , but Ive seen players retaliate to what Fernandrez did and get away with it .Sterling got away with it because of what Fernandez did. Now if Sterling did that out of the blue , I could see him getting sent off .But to to compare what Sterling did in retaliation to Fernandez to what Shelvey did , like you said on the Liverpool board , is stupid .
I'm not comparing them. They are both sending off incidents in their own right ...............so don't be STUPID.
Scandalous. This is still part of the payback for Monks words. When you consider Fabianskis red card wasn't overturned as well - it beggars belief,
