Was actually surprised when Chaplin stepped up for the first penalty, I was expecting it to be Evans

 

I don’t get the impression Chaplin has any lack of confidence in his own ability

Tough first half, better second half, great result!

 

For sure, I just thought Evans was our designated pen taker.

 

Impressive win, poor scrappy 1st half but came out and really played for each other.

My MOM has to be George Edmundson, a pillar this afternoonand a goal.

 

Our Dutch mates are all singing here in Amsterdam, " We are going to win the league!!"

Thought Keogh was excellent tbh!

 

It was the right game for him, dealing with a physical opponent.

 

Excellent position to be in at this stage. Morecambe gave it a really good fight but someone said on here the other day that the only way to beat us is going to be to come out and attack and outplay us and not many in this division can do that.

 

One or two have come at us and caused a few probs. As Hampy says, and we will get beat by someone soon.

But the way we fought back and took charge was excellent. Morsey was in fine form, played a captains role in 2nd half. Amazed at Evans passing too, if not his corners! Give them to someone else.
And like others, Keogh grew in stature and handled Stocktons physical stuff well. Tho he wont be my 1st choice centre every game, nor KMs!

Thumbs up for the ref today too! Better than the average sh..e in this League!
