If you want to play for Cook in this team you just need to get on the pitch and show some determination. He seems willing to forgive mistakes if they were made trying to do the right thing and if I was a player at Ipswich right now I would be thinking that all I really need to do is get out there and compete. You can have all the skill in the world but if you don't play with some passion and drive you'll get nowhere.
