It’s somewhere I’ve always wanted to go plus I have a mate who has lived there for five or so years and tells me it’s a cool place. I speak Spanish to a fashion so it’s not a great leap of faith for me. But for the time being my second restaurant opens next month so I will be pre-occupied for a year or so but defo on my plans.

Peru the place in SA that's always interested me for some reason, but if you've got a mate there and already speak a bit of Spanish would be a good shout. I know the Peruvians speak Spanish too but you get my point.
