Fair enough m8. As long as you don't feel like **** too often because of your drinking. I'd suggest keeping your alcohol consumption down to 1 day a week, especially if you're drinking heavily. But if you feel good because of the healthy stuff you do then that's good man.

dont drink nowadays .. i do smoke like .. enough exercise at work for me ... at 45 .. hips are going due to playing footie etc and working on roofs and heights for years so i would say a 5
It's probably a case of the healthy ones being happy to talk about how healthy they are, and the fat bastards keeping pretty quiet. I'll openly admit I'm 39 and a physical wreck. Congenital heart condition, 3 stone overweight, drink most nights, eat far too much junk. Sporadic exercise at best. If I suddenly stop posting on here it's safe to assume I have carked it.
