Holtby for Adebayor, COC vs Wet Spam.

Then again, it's hard to make defensive substitutions when we only have two fit centre backs and Capoue is on the naughty step indefinitely...

To be fair to AVB, one thing he got right was improving results away from home, the City result this season notwithstanding

AVB got 10 wins away from home last season (the best for Spurs in the PL to date) .
We are now on 8 wins, so may well equal or better that this season.
Citeh have stuffed 6 goals past other CL wannabees this season, so no shame in that.

AVB went this season because of the poor home form.
And not really being able to demonstrate to Levy that he could possibly rectify it.

SOS is getting a tad Cocky. No mention of Chadli, Obika or future Spurs number 9 Fletcher!

Chadli actually played ok in fairness, worked well in some of the build up play, nothing spectacular though. Like Lamela, he needs a run of games to get a rhythm going.

    LOL I've never rated Obika!

I still maintain that Fletcher would be a good Defoe replacement for the 2nd/ 3rd choice striker. :D

Just pulling your leg my friend!

Eriksen is becoming an important player. Goals. Assists. Vision and a bargain price when compared to other signings.

I'm still raging about Dembele not squaring it for Adebayor to tap in.

Don't as after two years of trying, YV got his first correct prediction in the prediction league. 3-1, or 4-1? whats it matter as under Sherwood we are unstoppable LOL

  11. Yes, the Mighty Spurs Juggernaut is, once again, thundering down the tarmac of destiny, towards the long-awaited North London Power-Shift.

But, please, do not quote me on that.

You could edit that to : towards the inevitable PL end of season 4th place Cup clash.

Another good result for Sherwood, and so much more enjoyable to watch Spurs these days. Even when we're crap, which we were for the first 30 minutes, it's a more entertaining crap :)

Sherwood really needs to get us playing from the start though, too often we don't get going until 30-45 minutes are gone. Do that against better teams like ManC next week and the game will be already lost.

All I want is for Graham Souness to slag off Adebayor before every match.

Physio Room says Sandro, Verts, Kaboul, Paulinho and Townsend will all be fit for the 29th.

So the Everton game on the 9th it is, then...

Vert and one of Sandro/Pauli could be enough. IMHO Bentaleb should not be starting this one.

Frustrating for us. Probably infinitely more so for them.
