Hopefully Alberto plays, you've probably not seen much of him but he deserves a chance, he's tidy and can't do much worse than Allen. But knowing BR he'll stick with his lover boy Allen instead of starting Alberto.
Not seen him but read about him being an option, I don't think you will stand much chance of winning the midfield battle but what you have over us, is suarez and players such as coutinho who create and score out of nothing. I went for a draw but can easily see it being 3-1 to either side, should be a good game.
Hoping for a good game, and obviously a win to us. Would be happy to scrape a 1-0 tbh. However I do think this will be the game where you find some form, unfortunately.
I think it will be a fun game for a neutral, but fans of both teams will watch with their hearts in their throats. I don't think we'll back off from attacking the goal, so it will be end to end. You'd pick more Spurs on the combined team, but Suarez is so much better than any striker we have it's frightening. I think whoever said you only have two midfielders fit didn't class Coutinho as a midfielder.
Yes, and by quite a large margin too. Harry only had 91 points amassed after his first 54 Premier League matches with Spurs.
With all these great point achievements from Avb, I'm expecting us to be automatically awarded a top four finish soon or a bye into the champions league.
With all these mids missing for Pool, Suarez may struggle for service, and he gets the hump with that sooner rather than later, chasing the ball around is card time!, he may even get peckish, so he'll be disappointed Younes Kebab is out, Michael Dawstep Sarnie? who else do we have on the menu?
Bake Livermore, Jam VerTOUNGEgen with Bread FriedAll? washed down with a glass of Champagne Defoe or LennonAde. He could clean up after with one of those Handwash Towel-ends Suarez will be hungry though, I hear Daniel Porridge is out for the mousers.
Mark Lawrenson's Prediction for Tottenham Hotspur v Liverpool (Sunday, 16:00 GMT) Liverpool are without Steven Gerrard for the festive period because of injury, which is a massive blow for them. This next month will give them an indication of how difficult it is going to be to replace him when his playing days are over. The Reds are without Daniel Sturridge too, so it is just as well that Luis Suarez is in such dazzling form at the moment. He has been nothing short of sensational lately. But I just think Tottenham have turned the corner. There was a massive over-reaction to their 6-0 defeat at Manchester City and, if you look at their performances and results since then, they have come good. Spurs have had two good wins on the road at Fulham and Sunderland and I can see them making it three in a row with a win at White Hart Lane. Liverpool have been very good at despatching teams at home but they have been inconsistent and dropped points away from Anfield. For me, you cannot under-estimate the impact that the loss Gerrard will have on them. Lawro's prediction: Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 Liverpool Lawro has got his last three Spurs predictions spot-on... It'll be an interesting one - one team missing a chunk of their midfield, against a team missing a chunk of their defence.
Perhaps best not to talk about missing chunks when Suarez is about. I hope somebody makes sure the lad gets something to eat before the game.
